As a publisher in scholarly research, higher education, and professional development, The Institute of Research and Community Services, Universitas Tanjungpura, and the Center of Southeast Asian Ethnicities, Cultures and Societies (Joint collaboration between Universitas Tanjungpura and National Taitung University) recognizes the roles of both librarian and publisher as custodian of scholarly content and is committed to the preservation of the scholarship in its research for generations to come.
